 Are there any hidden charges?Absolutely not. All prices you see on this website include all screen charges, art fees, set-up fees, and also include free UPS ground shipping within the continental US.
How can you be so inexpensive?
It is really quite simple. We keep our prices low because of our large buying power. This enables us to buy directly from the mills eliminating the middle men. This coupled with some of the fastest screen printing equipment built we can offer these incredible low prices.
Are you using factory seconds like many screen printers?
Absolutely not. We never use factory seconds.
You only offer one color printing on this site but I need multi-color printing. What do I do?
In order to offer these incredibly low screen printing prices, we have chosen to keep this website real simple and to the point. If you need multi-color printing on a huge selection of different items just go to our parent company at www.cheaptees.org. There will find great prices on multi-color screen printing as well as embroidery.
I don’t need 50 shirts – can I order less?
50 items are the minimum requirements at LogoRatz Printz. We are sorry but to keep low prices this requirment must be met.
Do I have to use the same size graphic on all of the shirts in my order?
Yes. As the majority of costs involved in screen printing are due to set up time, all the items in your order must use the same size graphic(s). So if you have items in your order on both ends of the size spectrum, such as youth small and 5XL shirts, we will size your graphic to work on all the shirts in your order. Please keep this in mind as you place your orders.
I need help with my graphics – can you help us?
Absolutely, at LogoRatz Printz, we can help you with basic edits and layouts. If you require full featured, created from scratch artwork, please contact us here on our contact page.
What payment methods do you offer?
We understand the unique needs of all of our customers so we offer a variety of payment options to allow each of our customers a choice in how they complete their online transaction.
Credit Cards.
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. For the security of all credit card transactions, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud so it is important that the billing address you use in the ordering process matches the billing address of your credit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
Purchase Orders from Corporate, Schools and Government.
Net Terms are available to Fortune 500 Corporations, schools and government agencies. Please call us at 802-251-9981 to place your order; we will take care of the rest. Other qualifying organizations wishing to establish net terms and utilize purchase orders may setup special payment options by contacting LogoRatz.
Payments by Check – Via Mail.
If you prefer to mail your check, please call us at 802-251-9981 to place your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot start the processing of your order until your check is received.

I don’t want to place my order over the internet – can I call it in?
Absolutely, just call 802-251-9981. Please make sure to tell us you came from LogoRatz Printz.
What types of art files do you accept?
We can usually work with just about any type of art file short of a paper napkin. Obviously, the better artwork you provude us the better your shirts will turn out. Below is a list of common files we can easily work with.

- Adobe Photoshop (PSD, PPD)

- PDX
If your file type is not listed above, please send it anyway. We will do our best to convert it into a file we can work with. If for some reason we can not work with the file(s) you have sent us we will notify you immediately.
Please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred). The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.

How do I get my art to you?
Please upload your art during the checkout process. If you do not have your artwork ready at the time of your order you can email it to us at printz@logoratz.com.
Will I see a sample before you run my order?
We don’t print it until you see it. We will always send you a paper proof of your final design for your approval before we start any production. Production samples are not provided unless requested and may incur a sampling charge. If you require a production sample call us for details.
How long will it take to produce my order?
We produce all jobs from LogoRatz Printz within 5 days from the time you approve your artwork. In the rare event the manufacturer is out of stock in a size or color of an item you have chosen you will usually be contacted within 24 hours of the time you placed your order so alternate arrangements can be made.
